The Story Never Ends # 1

She walks down the street, oblivious to the blaring sound of horns on the ever busy Lagos street.

At that moment she really couldn't care less if a crazy Molue* driver runs her down.

For one startling moment she felt happy about that happening to her and then just like the snap of fingers; she reminds herself to hold it all together.

Just a few more days, she says to herself; just a few more days and it will all be over.

The drama, the pain will be a thing of the past.

Now if only she could locate that address, then she will be able to get herself out of this "pit" she fell into.

She subconsciously tries to remember where she placed her diary after changing her handbag this morning. On the night stand or did it fall off the bed as she hurriedly swapped the contents of the bag? She wonders.

Oh well, just a few more blocks and she will find out.

"Hello Temi", John, her neighbour, calls out.

"Hi", she replies hurriedly and docks into her room before he brings up new gist.

There you are!!!, she says as she sees the diary on her night stand.

Temi quickly picks it up and anxiously scrolls through it. Now where is that address?.

Just on cue, she finds the address, memories it and shoves the diary in her handbag.

She quickly dashes out of her room, hails a cab and heads off for a visit that will most likely change her life forever.

To be continued....

NB: I scribbled this story half way for a reason, I want YOU to end it.

I want YOU to carve the story just the way you like it.

All you have to do is drop the sequel in the comment box below.

It can be as long as you want it to be but it has to flow with Part 1.

What are you waiting for? Go on and make Temi's story come alive.

Enjoy.
